Founded in 2015, Chief Damianus Ajwang’ Foundation has been dedicated to improving the lives of underserved communities in Homa Bay and beyond. Over the years, we’ve implemented programs in education, health, mentorship, and community empowerment to create lasting impact

We serve children, youth, and families in underserved urban and rural communities, ensuring they have access to education, mentorship, and health resources.
What We Do AT THE FOUNDATION
Through mentorship, health camps, educational support, and community outreach, we equip our beneficiaries with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to thrive. Our mentorship programs guide students through personal development and academic growth, while our health camps improve access to essential medical services. By supporting education and engaging communities through outreach initiatives, we empower individuals to make informed decisions, build resilience, and create lasting positive change in their lives and communities.
